Commercial property in Cyprus: offices, retail and café premises, warehouses
Commercial property in Cyprus: offices and business centres, premises for shops, showrooms and cafés, warehouses and logistics, investment assets. Here are agencies and brokers who work specifically with commercial property rather than housing, and listing platforms. Companies are grouped by type with name, city, website and languages. There is no separate register for commercial specialisation: the Real Estate Agents Registration Council (CREA) licenses realtors in general, so we do not put a “checked against the register” mark — the data is gathered by the company's name and profile and we verify the documents and the CREA number together with you. We do not publish phone numbers or emails: you send a request through our form.

What to check: Guide
- Is there a separate register for commercial property?
- No: the Real Estate Agents Registration Council (CREA) licenses realtors in general, without splitting out commercial specialisation. So we do not put a “checked against the register” mark — the data is gathered by the company's name and profile and we verify the documents and the CREA number together with you.
- Is VAT always 19%?
- Not always: letting commercial premises to a business for a taxable activity is charged at the standard 19% rate, but the landlord may opt out of charging it — and that choice is irrevocable. Check whether VAT is included in the quoted rent.
- How do you select agencies for this section?
- From open data only: website, city and languages. We do not publish phone numbers or emails: you send a request through the form and we pass it to a suitable broker.
- Can I open an office in a residential property?
- No: using a dwelling for commercial activity is prohibited in Cyprus and carries fines. The premises must allow the activity under the town-planning permit.
