Dubai's real estate transactions exceeded AED 574.12 billion in the first nine months of 2026, across 165,018 deals, based on Dubai Land Department data cited by Emirates Today. That equals about 62.47% of the AED 919 billion recorded in the whole of 2025. Sales from the start of the year to the end of September reached around AED 379.4 billion over 123,416 transactions, the second-highest sales value in Dubai's market history after 2025. The deals included 104,198 residential unit transactions, 9,514 building transactions and 9,704 land transactions. Ready properties took the largest share of sales at AED 196.08 billion across roughly 39,320 transactions.
With demand described as strong across all asset types, buyers and tenants in Dubai should expect continued competition and firm pricing rather than a cooling market.
