What we offer
- a card for your company in the section our readers actually read: specialisation and languages spoken. We never publish licence numbers — your card shows a “licence verified” mark and its date;
- requests from readers who need your service: a described task, not a random click;
- everything is free while we launch: the listing and the requests.
What we ask
- confirm your licence (for real-estate agencies — the ORN, the office registration number of the Dubai Land Department) — we verify it ourselves in the official register;
- tell us the outcome of every request: whether the client came or not. That is all we need now.
How requests reach you
- a reader sends a task through our form — it comes to us by email and Telegram;
- we pass it to one company in the category (in turn, matching specialisation and language of the client), so the client is not called by five companies at once;
- if you have not contacted the client within the time you promised in your card, we pass the request to the next company;
- the open catalogue works differently: the reader chooses your card and writes to you directly.
What we do not do
- we never ask for exclusivity or money in advance;
- we do not promise lead volumes we cannot show;
- we do not publish licence numbers, reviews or ratings without real grounds.
