Dubai Real Estate Projects Jump 52% to Over Dh100 Billion in H1 2026

Dubai recorded around 104 real estate projects worth more than Dh100 billion in the first half of 2026. The value of these projects rose 52 percent compared with the same period last year. The emirate continued to see growth in its real estate pipeline during the six-month period. For people living in the UAE, the higher volume of projects points to continued construction activity and more housing supply coming to the Dubai market.
