Verified specialists: TTBS-registered real-estate agents
For property work in Türkiye we verify firms against the TTBS register (Taşınmaz Ticareti Bilgi Sistemi) and their licence. Phone and email are not shown on the card: you send a request through the form and we pass it to suitable firms.
The catalogue lists licensed estate agencies only, each card with a verification date and a link to the register.

Working with an agent
- Check the licence in the TTBS before signing.
- Ask for the commission and scope in writing.
- Do the deed at the Tapu Müdürlüğü and pay through a bank.

- Why no phone number on the card?
- We do not pass on direct contacts; referrals run through the form.
- How many firms receive my request?
- We pass it to no more than a few suitable firms, so you are not called by all at once.
- Is it free?
- Listing is free at the start; we charge you nothing.
- I want my card changed.
- Write to us; we update it the same day.
